Cathy Kelley Details Meeting With USA Network: “They Were Talking About Expanding Their Content After SmackDown”

WWE interviewer/correspondent Cathy Kelley guest-appeared on a recording of Notsam Wrestling Live!

During the chat, Kelley shared that she was part of a meeting with someone from USA Network, and they were discussing content expansion after Friday Night SmackDown, seeing as how the show is back at two hours.

“I mean, I don’t know if I’m allowed to say this but, several months ago, I had a meeting with someone from USA Network and they were talking about expanding their content after SmackDown because now that it’s two hours, they have that extra hour to fill and they want it to be something that will still maintain the WWE viewership. But also, have a different aspect of entertainment involved… Adjacent to wrestling, you know?”
