Chris Bey Reflects On Two Years Since Life-Altering Injury

Reflection by Chris Bey.

It has been two years since Chris Bey suffered his life-altering injury at the post-TNA Bound For Glory television taping. Bey suffered a broken neck and experienced paralysis.

He wrote about the anniversary on social media:

“Day 730… 2 YEARS! 😳

2 years ago my life changed forever with a tragic injury. Truth is, my story began that day. My new story. The Greatest Story Ever Told. I’m forever grateful for the love every single one of you has given me. None of this is possible without God, without the incredible doctors, PTs & OTs, and the love of my life BB. Year 1 was about learning to walk again. Defying the odds. Learning to function again. Year 2 was about challenging myself in the gym. Year 3? Only God knows. Stick with me on this never ending journey, I’ll be sure to keep motivating you, and even more certain I’ll keep surprising you. Thank you. I love you. #GSET”

Bey has made several on-screen appearances for TNA since the injury. He appeared at the 2025 Bound For Glory pay-per-view and was part of introducing Ricky Sosa as TNA’s newest signee.
