DDP Says He’d Step Into A WWE Or AEW Ring To Hit A Diamond Cutter, Just To Hear The Crowd Pop
DDP is open to using the Diamond Cutter in WWE or AEW for a major pop.
Diamond Dallas Page hasn’t been active in the wrestling ring for a long time now. He’s had a few matches here and there, but hasn’t wrestled regularly since the mid-2000s.
Speaking on Wrestling Life Online, DDP was asked about his AEW match from 2020, where he teamed up with Dustin Rhodes and QT Marshall against MJF, The Blade, and The Butcher. During the conversation, Page said that while he knew he’d have to leave the ring after this match, he’d still return to either WWE or AEW to hit a Diamond Cutter.
“I would still go in and hit a Diamond Cutter if it was for one of the big two. I would do that just to hear the roar of the crowd because I know it would be the pop of the night. Being able to do that, and have that command with the people is so cool.”
