GHC Hardcore Title Vacated, New Champion To Be Crowned At WRESTLE MAGIC

A new GHC Hardcore Champion to be crowned.

It had been advertised for the WRESTLE MAGIC event on June 15th at Korakuen Hall that there would be a three-way match for the GHC Hardcore Championship. The new champion, Hikaru Sato, was scheduled to put the belt on the line in a three-way match against Daisuke Sekimoto and Shuji Ishikawa.

Sato has since gone down with an injury and will no longer be competing at the event. The title is now vacant, and a new champion will be crowned via a singles match between Sekimoto and Ishikawa.

Below is the updated lineup for the June 15th event:

• Vacant GHC Women’s Championship: MIRAI vs. The Great Sakuya
• Kaito Kiyomiya, Titus Alexander & Archie Cole vs. TBA (NJPW), TBA (Dragongate) & TBA (DDT)
• Vacant GHC Hardcore Championship: Daisuke Sekimoto vs. Shuji Ishikawa
• 10-Man Tag Team Match: Alejandro, TBA, TBA, TBA & TBA vs. TBA, TBA, TBA, TBA & TBA (w/ NOSAWA Rongai)
