India Sioux Says She Wants To Find The Perfect Partner To Compete For The Tag Team Championships In CMLL

India Sioux wants to compete for the tag team titles in CMLL.

CMLL has three women’s tag team titles currently: CMLL World Women’s Tag Team Championship, Mexican National Women’s Tag Team Championship, and the Occidente Women’s Tag Team Championship.

Speaking with Fightful’s Luis Pulido, Sioux was asked about her upcoming goals in wrestling and one of them was to compete for the tag titles in CMLL.

“A trip, or an excursion, no. Honestly, the things I have or projects that come up always pop up out of the blue, and I’m one of those go-getters who says, ‘I’ll just dive right in.’ ‘Do you want this opportunity? Yeah, I’m in.’ I’m one of those women who never says no, so I’ll make that clear. Sanely’s out there, all feisty, always trying to take my mask off or asking me for a chance. Well, I’ll give it to her anyway. The day she’s ready, I’ll give her a shot at the masks; however, what I’d really like is to find the perfect partner to compete for the tag team championships because they’re all the rage right now, but the truth is that there are almost exclusively Rudas as tag teams within the Amazonas. For teams of tecnicas, only Kira and Skadi, Lluvia and Jarochita fit that description. I’d like to team up with one of the Amazonas so I can get a shot at the tag team championships, which have been on my mind.”

During the conversation, Sioux also put over Olympia & Hera as the new Mexican National Tag Team Champions.

“I think they’re among the strongest we have. These two girls have worked incredibly hard. Honestly, they’re great rivals; they always bring out the best in you in the ring. They’re coming on really strong; you have no idea how tough it is to face them, and I think they’re the team to beat right now in every way. Above all, Olympia has really stood out. For me, she’s the toughest opponent the Amazonas have right now.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Sioux talked about her experience working at Mitos del Ring. Fans can read her full comments here.
