Jacob Fatu Pushes Back On Fans Saying He Should’ve Joined WWE Sooner

Jacob Fatu doesn’t think he should’ve joined WWE sooner than he did.

In 2024, it was announced that Jacob Fatu had signed with WWE. Over the years, Fatu has become a popular member of the WWE roster. He’s currently part of The Bloodline, along with Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso.

Speaking on HOT 97, Fatu discussed some fans believing he should’ve been in WWE years sooner.

“… I was over there on the independent. Who cares? You know? It took me 12 years to get over there and you know what? They like, ‘Oh, Jacob. Man, you should have been there five years ago.’ No, no, no, no, bro, because I was still learning. See, the difference between me, I was still right here on the block and still trying to figure out my life. But, man, God is good. God is great. Man, we turned that thing around, flipped it around.”

Fatu is currently scheduled to team up with Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso against LA Knight, Royce Keys, and Solo Sikoa at WWE SummerSlam 2026. The full lineup for the event is available here and here.
