Jamie Hayter speaks on Will Ospreay’s work in the UK with Pro Wrestling EVE, noting that him championing women’s wrestling is great.

Over the past couple of years, Ospreay has been notably working with Pro Wrestling EVE, an all women’s promotion in the United Kingdom, working as a producer and a part of the companies the creative team. Now, a fellow AEW roster member has commented on Will being a part of EVE.

While speaking to Clutchpoints in a new interview, Jamie Hayter spoke about Ospreay working with EVE, noting that if he wants to help champion women’s wrestling, then that’s great.

“I think it’s really good. I think if someone wants to help champion women’s wrestling, then that’s great. Like, anything to get the women on a bigger platform, more butts in seats. Yeah, I’m all for it. Giving women better wages, if that’s what it comes down to, then I’m all about it. I don’t see any help being particularly wrong. I just want the women to do well, and for all the women to enjoy what they’re doing. That’s the most important thing to me. So any help is good, I think.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Hayter spoke about the evolution of AEW’s women’s division. You can read more about that here.
