Josh Bishop Wins MLW Championship From Killer Kross At MLW Saturday Night SuperFight

Josh Bishop now rules in MLW.

At MLW Saturday Night SuperFight, Josh Bishop captured the MLW World Heavyweight Championship, defeating Killer Kross in a Last Man Standing match.

The finish saw Bishop hit the Exit 187 on Kross through a table. Kross tried to use a chair to get to his feet, but Bishop kicked the chair out from under the arms of Kross as he was on his knees, sending Kross back down to the mat as the referee continued his ten count.

Kross was unable to make it to his feet, and Bishop was ruled the victor.

The main event was a bloody affair with the two men brawling through the crowd and using a number of weapons including tables, chairs, and a bat.

This is the first reign as MLW Champion for Bishop. Kross’ reign ends at 283 days. He made seven successful title defenses.
