Lyra Valkyria says she doesn’t think that Sol Ruca is as strong as her mentally and will not be able to handle her recent title loss.

On the July 27th edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, Sol would attempt to defend her title against Raquel Rodriguez, but would come up short, with Rodriguez capturing the victory and the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

While speaking to Contralona in a new interview, Lyra Valkyria spoke about Sol Ruca’s recent WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship loss, noting that she doesn’t know if she can handle it.

“It’s kind of crazy. You know, I knew Sol Ruca would lose the championship eventually because, you know,
Everything was going so great for her and I know what it’s like to be that person. I was all smiley and happy when I came up and won the title as well. But eventually something’s going to happen and a loss like that can really change a person. I don’t think she’s as strong as me mentally, so I don’t know if she can handle this loss. She’s not. I could handle it. I took losing my championship and became better. I don’t think she can do the same thing. So I actually would have beaten her eventually. But now I’m just going to have to beat Raquel.”

Elsewhere in the same interview, Lyra spoke about needing to win back her title to ‘feel good’. You can read more about that here.
