Maya World Announces She’s Cleared

Maya World cleared to return.

Renee Paquette, Jeff Jarrett, and R.J. City are co-hosting the 2026 AEW WrestleDream BUY-IN. One of the guests they invited was former TBS Champion Maya World.

World has been sidelined since September. She last wrestled on the 9/9 edition of Dynamite. World appeared on THE BUY-IN and announced that she is officially cleared to compete.

World had a 35-day reign as TBS Champion. She dropped the title at AEW All In when Britt Baker cost her the match and aligned with the current TBS Champion, Persephone.

The TBS Title will be up for grabs at WrestleDream as Persephone defends it in a four-way against Queen Aminata, Dani Luna, and Hyan, who is Maya World’s partner.
