MJF Gives An Update On His Knee Injury

MJF suffered a hyperextended knee on the June 3 episode of AEW Dynamite during his match with RUSH.
The injury prevented him from being cleared for a scheduled date at Beyond Wrestling two days later.
On Instagram, the AEW World Champion gave an update on his injury, saying that the swelling has gone down thanks to the Nordic Wave plunge, but there is still “a shit ton” of inflammation and pain. “Without the cold plunge, I do believe it would have took me a lot longer to start feeling like myself.”
He said that he doesn’t think he’ll have to take any time off, once again thanking Nordic Wave.
