Pro Wrestling NOAH Pulls AMAKUSA From Action After Abnormality Was Detected During Medical Checkup

NOAH taking the proper precautions with AMAKUSA.
Pro Wrestling NOAH pushed out the announcement that three-time GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion AMAKUSA is going to be out of action for the time being.
He underwent a routine medical checkup that is required of all NOAH wrestlers, but an abnormality was detected; thus, the decision was made to pull him from in-ring action.
He was scheduled to challenge Naomichi Marufuji for the GHC National Championship on September 15th, but that bout has been canceled. AMAKUSA will still be at the venue to greet everyone.
He’s been working dates for NOAH since 2019. When there’s an update on his status, we’ll provide that here on Fightful.
