Rhino Comments On AEW Events In Detroit, Heaps Praise On Tony Khan

Rhino is doing promotional work for AEW.
Fresh off the Redemption pay-per-view, All Elite Wrestling is heading to Detroit, Michigan, for a live Dynamite on July 29th, and then on Thursday, they’ll be presenting a live Collision. Both shows are taking place at the Masonic Temple.
Former ECW, WWE, and TNA wrestler Rhino is doing promotional work for AEW, and he stopped by FOX 2 Detroit to speak about the shows.
“The only time I leave (Detroit) is to go wrestle and the next two nights of AEW Wrestling action is at the Masonic Temple, which I’m excited. I was a part of it last year, and what a crowd. I mean, the crowd came out, they showed up…”
Rhino would go on to heap praise onto company President Tony Khan.
“A lot of the AEW stars are well-seasoned. They’re well-trained, and they’re invested not only in the product, and that’s why Tony Khan — he’s the owner/operator. He’s hands-on, he’s there, he’s making the calls and is a great guy to work for, and he puts a product for families to go out and enjoy…”
When AEW was in Detroit in May 2025, Rhino did promotional work, and he challenged for the ROH World Television Championship on Dynamite.
