Roman Reigns: Quality Over Quantity Every Single Day Of The Week
Roman Reigns prefers quality over quantity.
This statement rings true in his workload, which has featured him in only 20 matches since the start of 2024.
Speaking with Sam Roberts for a new interview, Reigns said that there has to be some requirements for him to commit to a level of physicality.
“I don’t like to fall down at all and I some reason chose to do that for a living but that’s a part of the deal. Yeah man, it’s got to be on a Saturday or a very important Sunday. It’s got to check off one of my dates, you know what I mean? There’s some requirements that come with that level of physicality for me.”
Roberts joked with Reigns about his schedule, saying that he takes part in 10 or 11 matches every year. Reigns scoffed at that number.
“Don’t push it, 10? What the fuck? [laughs] 10? We’re at 8, alright? Sprinkle some TV appearances around that, you know. You know, quality over quantity every single day of the week.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Reigns said that he “owns that shit” when talking about wrestling. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
