Sami Zayn: I Would Love To See Cody Rhodes As The WWE Champion Again, Because I Already Beat Him Clean As A Whistle
Sami Zayn goes off on CM Punk and Cody Rhodes.
On the final WWE SmackDown before SummerSlam, fans saw a segment between Sami Zayn and Finn Balor.
Sami had some words for the WWE Champion CM Punk and his SummerSlam opponent Cody Rhodes. He would like for Cody to win the Undisputed WWE Title from Punk in Minnesota.
“Me personally, I would love to see Cody Rhodes as the WWE Champion again. You wanna know why? Because I already beat Cody Rhodes clean as a whistle in the middle of that ring to become WWE Champion. I know for a fact that I can do it again.”
A fan was holding a poster that said Punk would retain his title. Sami said a part of him would like to see The Cult of Personality do that. He then said the following about him.
“The biggest fraud. The biggest hypocrite. The biggest piece of trash in this company, bar none. The guy who sat on this stage all those years ago with his edgy Pipebomb crying because his face wasn’t on the collectable cups. Well congratulations Punk, you’ve ascended to the high rank of corporate poster boy number two!”

Sami Zayn is currently scheduled to face Finn Balor at WWE SummerSlam. The winner of this match will become the number one contender to the Undisputed WWE Championship.
