Samoa Joe Reveals The Furthest He’s Ever Traveled For Ass
Samoa Joe is truly the best of us.
Back in July, Samoa Joe vs. Necro Butcher was the subject of a new Dark Side Of The Ring episode. Joe went viral when he revealed that he only took the match so he could visit his wife, who was just his girlfriend at the time.
Speaking with Joel Pearl of Fightful Overbooked, Joe revealed the furthest that he’s ever traveled for some ass.
“I may have lost a day or two in the traveling. Did some Hogan math on that.”
Joe proceeded to talk more about his viral comment before recalling his wife’s reaction.
“It was kind of the truth of the time, long distance relationships are tough and you try to get together whenever you possibly can. Sometimes, the best stories are found in the truth. She died laughing because she remembers that night. It was quite an interesting night to have to explain later on. She thought it was supposed to be be a nice little evening show, quick little matinee show and maybe we’ll catch a nice dinner later on. After I got all of the plasma off me, she was like, ‘Eh, maybe we’ll figure out a different night.’”
