Senator Ruben Gallego: ‘I Am More Of An AEW Man’

Senator Ruben Gallego is more of an All Elite Wrestling guy.

On social media, a fan shared a GIF of Kane (Glenn Jacobs) being beaten up by Rey Mysterio with the caption: “ruben gallego when he sees glenn jacobs on the senate floor.”

Gallego responded to this and said the following:

“I am more of an @AEW man.”

Jacobs completed his eight-year term as Knox County Mayor earlier in September. A report later said that he was viewed as a potential candidate for appointment to the U.S. Senate. Fans can read more about that here.

Jacobs is a former WWE wrestler and a Hall of Famer. He last competed in the ring during the 2021 Men’s Royal Rumble match.
