Several WWE Creative Plans Adjusted In The Event That Rhea Ripley Will Be Sidelined For Significant Period Of Time
An update on the status of Rhea Ripley.
The current WWE Women’s Champion is Rhea Ripley. The Friday Night SmackDown talent was discussed on the newest episode of WrestleVotes on Fightful Select.
There has been a significant reshuffling of storylines in the recent week, including the scrapping of several planned ideas as WWE works around the possibility of WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley being sidelined for an extended period.
WrestleVotes learned that concerns regarding Ripley’s availability for Night of Champions on June 27th in Saudi Arabia and additional events in the weeks ahead have impacted not only her creative direction, but multiple storylines throughout the women’s division.
