TKO COO Mark Shapiro Says WWE And Disney Are Discussing Special Events For 2027
WWE will continue to put smiles on faces, possibly in conjunction with Disney.
WWE and The Walt Disney Company have been working together for a year, ever since WWE entered into a streaming partnership with ESPN.
The partnership could expand in 2027.
“Remember, WWE is a different audience than the UFC, and when it comes to going after families, that’s our audience, and I think advertisers are starting to see that. Frankly, I’m excited for 2027 because we’re working with The Walt Disney Company on some special events around Disney and WWE and bringing those two audiences together since, of course, what do they have in common? Family,” TKO COO Mark Shapiro said the Goldman Sachs Conference.
WWE presented The Horrors of The Wyatt Sicks at Universal Studios in October 2025.
