Triple H Says Oasis Theme For Nick Aldis Got Approved A Few Days Ago

Nick Aldis made his WWE in-ring debut at SummerSlam, walking out to “Morning Glory” by Oasis.

WWE rarely uses licensed music for entrance themes, especially established songs that aren’t custom-made for superstars.

Speaking on the WWE SummerSlam post-show, Triple H commented on landing Oasis.

“A couple of weeks ago, we were talking about music, and I was like, ‘Give me your fantasy. What’s the biggest fantasy?’ He said, ‘What about Oasis?’ ‘Maybe. Let’s see. Meanwhile, let’s work on something else.’ I was thrilled a few days ago to tell him that Oasis was in,” he said.

Triple H praised Aldis for his performance, which was his first match in three years, and said “never say never” regarding Aldis stepping back in the ring.

Aldis was reinstated as the general manager of SmackDown after SummerSlam.
