Will Ospreay And Callum Newman To Challenge For IWGP Tag Titles At NJPW Power Struggle

Will Ospreay and Callum Newman will have to get on the same page.

At NJPW King of Pro-Wrestling, United Empire (Ospreay, Great-O-Khan, & HENARE) lost the NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Titles to Unbound Co (Yuto-Ice, OSKAR, & Jeff Cobb).

During the match, Ospreay got a visual pinfall on Ice, but the referee was late on the count after being taken out.

After the match, Callum Newman attacked OSKAR, but Ospreay stopped him from going further. Newman swung the sword at his mentor, who ducked, and then dared Newman to cut him with the sword. Newman walked away.

The AEW World Champion wasn’t done, challenging the Knockout Brothers for the IWGP Tag Team Titles at NJPW Power Struggle since he got a visual pinfall on Ice.

Ice agreed to the match, but said they get to pick Ospreay’s partner. They chose Newman.
