Xelina Says Some Fans Weren’t ‘Smart Enough’ To Keep Up With Her Character Work In WWE

Xelina believes fans weren’t “smart enough” to keep up with her character work in WWE.

During a recent episode of the ZELVX and CHARLIE GIRL podcast,  Xelina and Charlie discussed fans often not understanding the changes they made in their characters. Xelina changed her hair color at times in WWE, which caused confusion among many fans about what kind of character she was playing.

Charlie shared this sentiment, saying that when she changed her hair color in WWE, many fans couldn’t wrap their heads around it. Speaking about her own experience, Xelina made the following remark:

“I did for a while (keeping the orange hair), but then it just became like, ‘We don’t get it. Like, what are you? You don’t understand what kind of character you are.’ I was like, ‘Or you’re just not smart enough to keep up.’ Eventually down the line, you guys will look back and go, ‘Wow, Xelina was actually way ahead of her time.’

Throughout her WWE run, Xelina changed her hair color and style numerous times.

Elsewhere in the podcast, she discussed being miserable towards the end of her last run in WWE. Fans can read her full comments here.
