Penta Replaces Solo Sikoa, Qualifies For Money In The Bank On 9/21 WWE Raw
Penta isn’t giving up on his world title chase.
Monday’s episode of WWE Raw was supposed to be headlined by a three way Money In The Bank qualifying match that featured Solo Sikoa, Dominik Mysterio, and Dragon Lee. Before he could make his entrance for the match, Sikoa was attacked and kidnapped backstage by the trio of Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, and Lucien Price.
Mysterio and Lee were already in the ring when Adam Pearce came out to reveal Penta as Sikoa’s replacement.
With the momentum on his side, the one with ‘Cero Miedo’ was able to come away with the victory. The finishing sequence saw Penta take out Dragon Lee with a Mexican Destroyer on the apron. While recovering from the move, Penta was struck with a reverse 619 from Dominik. Moments later, he followed that up with a frog splash for a near fall.
After getting back to his feet, Penta scored the pinfall win over Mysterio after spiking him with a springboard Mexican Destroyer.

With the win, Penta joins a field of competitors that already includes Je’Von Evans, Bron Breakker, and Trick Williams.
