AAA Ola de Calor Results (8/30): Lucha Bros And Dragon Lee Team, Contract Signing

Lucha Libre AAA held its AAA Ola de Calor event on August 30 from Bert Ogden Arena in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The event aired on FOX Latin America and YouTube.

AAA Ola de Calor Results (8/30)

• Axiom, Mr Iguana, Mascarita Sagrada & Noisy Boy def. Lince Dorado, Joaquín Wilde, Cruz Del Toro & Mini Abismo Negro
• Vignette for CM Punk appearing at AAA Worlds Collide in Chicago. He was wearing a Straight Edge Society lucha mask.
• Number One Contenders Gauntlet for AAA Reina de Reinas Championship: La Catalina def. Adalicious, Lady Shani, Thea Hail and La Hiedra
• AAA World Tag Team Championship Match: The War Raiders (Erik and Ivar) (c) def. Los Americanos (Rayo Americano and Bravo Americano)
• El Carnicero vs Chris Carter went to a no contest when Carnicero wouldn’t stop killing Carter.
• Dave The Clown and Murder Clown made the save, but Carnicero takes them out. Pyscho Clown runs out with a kendo stick to run off Carnicero. Psycho challenges Carnicero to a Mexican Street Fight at Triplemania.
• AAA World Cruiserweight Championship Number One Contenders Match: Mini Vikingo vs. Nathan Frazer vs. Jack Cartwheel goes to a 20-minute time limit draw
• Rey Fenix comes out and says he will defend the title against all three men at Triplemania.
• AAA Latin American Championship: La Parka defeated El Fiscal, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Damian Priest to win the vacant title.
• Rey Mysterio arrives for the contract signing. Dorian Roldan and Dominik Mysterio want Omos unsuspended. Roldan says what Omos did was wrong. El Grande Americano comes out to sign the contract. Dominik says he’ll sign it only if Omos is no longer suspended. Rey says he’ll strip Dominik of the title if he doesn’t sign the contract. Dominik throws the title on the table. Omos arrives and shows Rey his ticket. Rey attacks Omos, Dominik attacks Americano. Things settle and Rey says that he’ll face Omos at Triplemania. Omos wins, he’s reinstated. If Rey wins, Omos is fired.
• Dragon Lee & The Lucha Brothers (Penta and Rey Fénix) def. Los Perros del Mal (Daga, Angel, and Berto)
