- Kenny Omega challenged Fenix for the AAA MegaChampionship after The Elite lost to The Lucha Bros & Laredo Kid in a trios bout.
- Konnan and Vampiro renewed their rivalry in the Copa TripleMania.
- Killer Kross was the mystery partner for Taurus and Texano Jr. against Psycho Clown, Cody Rhodes, and Cain Velasquez.
- Tessa Blanchard won the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship in a TLC match.
- Cain Velasquez looked impressive in his pro wrestling debut.
- LA Park returned to the promotion, attacking Pagano and challenging him to a Hair vs. Mask bout.
