Aaron Wolf: NJPW Was Always A Lock For Me. It Was Always, ‘If I Wrestle, It’ll Be With NJPW’

Aaron Wolf had his sights set on NJPW.

Wolf will make his in-ring debut at Wrestle Kingdom 20, as he’ll face EVIL in a match for the NEVER Openweight Championship. Fans have been awaiting Wolf’s debut since June, when his signing was announced.

Speaking with the company for a new interview, Wolf said that NJPW was always going to be the company that he chose if he entered the world of wrestling.

“That was always a lock for me. NJPW was the first wrestling I saw, so it was always ‘if I wrestle, it’ll be with NJPW’.”

Aaron Wolf went on to describe one thing that attracts him to NJPW.

“I think it’s a promotion where every wrestler each has their own specific colour. They have their own approach, their own world view, and it’s a big melting pot. That’s what I like about New Japan.”
