Adam Cole Says He Wasn't Prepared To Dance On 7/19 AEW Dynamite, But He Felt The Energy

Adam Cole reflects on the famous dance off.

Adam Cole & MJF met Sammy Guevara & Daniel Garcia in the finals of the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament on the July 19 episode of AEW Dynamite. The match started with a dance off between the two teams.

The dance off was cut short thanks to Cole's "moves."

Speaking on Chaz & AJ in the Morning, Cole reflected on the segment.

"The truth is, I wasn't prepared to dance. I'm here in the finals of a tournament, I'm ready to go. Max goes off on his own, he got a little excited and decided he wanted to have a dance off with Daniel Garcia, Sammy Guevara. I was in the zone. Seeing those guys bust a move, I felt the energy run through me. No one can say that I didn't bring the energy," said Cole.

Cole & MJF were victorious against Garcia & Guevara in the finals of the tournament, earning a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Titles.

Unfortunately, Cole & MJF were unable to capture the AEW Tag Team Titles as they were defeated by FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) on the July 29 episode of AEW Collision.
