Adam Copeland speaks about the importance of venues in the world of professional wrestling, and why they matter to him.

Across his legendary pro wrestling career, Copeland has competed in venues across the world, including the most iconic ones in the world of pro wrestling, recently competing at Wembley Stadium in London at AEW All In.

While speaking to The Daily Face Off And Sheet in a new interview, Adam Copeland was asked about the importance of venues in professional wrestling and why they matter.

“I think because if you find yourself in a position or if you’ve chosen this career, whatever that career is, and if it’s in sporting or entertainment, chances are part of the reason you fell in love with it is where it happened. For me, the first wrestling show I saw live was at Maple Leaf Gardens, and when I would try and go as many times as I could, it was Maple Leaf Gardens, and then I was also watching the Leafs in Maple Leaf Gardens. So Maple Leaf Gardens became the thread that stitched the quilt of what my childhood was together.”

In a new interview with Fightful, Scott D’Amore spoke about being roommates with Copeland. You can read more about that here.
