Adam Copeland Gives His Dream Retirement Scenario

Adam Copeland (Cope) has already retired once, but has gotten a second lease on his career, returning in 2020 after a neck injury caused him to retire in 2011.
At the age of 52, Copeland has made it no secret that he’s closer to a second retirement than the beginning of his career.
Speaking to Scott Fishman of TV Insider, Copeland was asked if he’s thought about his retirement coming off the heel of AJ Styles and John Cena wrapping up their respective careers.
“No, because I already beat them to the punch about 15 years ago. I already had one. My dream scenario would be as a heel and to get dragged out of the building kicking and screaming,” he said.
Adam Copeland is set to team with Christian Cage to challenge FTR for the AEW Tag Team Titles at AEW Dynasty on Sunday.
Fightful will have coverage of the event on Sunday.
