Paul Walter Hauser Says Adam Copeland And DDP Watched His First Match And Provided Feedback

Paul Walter Hauser says some big names gave him feedback on his first match.

Hauser made his in-ring debut in late 2023, defeating Matthew Palmer at a Wrestling REVOLVER event in Los Angeles. Since then, the popular Hollywood star has competed in 20+ matches across promotions like MLW, PROGRESS Wrestling, and Southern Honor Wrestling.

Speaking with TMZ’s Inside The Ring podcast, Hauser said that Adam Copeland and Diamond Dallas Page watched his first match and provided some feedback.

“I think most folks know that I have a long ways to go, but they also — in equanimity, they’ll tell me that — I remember showing my first match to people like Edge and DDP and then saying like — my first match didn’t look that good — them being very complimentary and saying like, at least you have some things down, you can tell you’ve retained some stuff if even from watching wrestling. There are things you do that need to be done that some people don’t know how to do. Whether they meant to or not, that was enough encouragement.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Paul Walter Hauser shut down the rumors surrounding Tony Khan’s use of cocaine. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
