Adam Page Doesn't Want To Get Hurt Again By Being In Another Group, Declines To Join Dark Order

Sometimes, it's hard to open up to new relationships after you've been hurt.

The Dark Order was expecting “Hangman” Adam Page to agree to join their group on the January 20 episode of Dynamite. After successfully defeating The Hybrid 2 and The Chaos Project in tag team competition, John Silver asked Hangman if he was going to agree to join their group and confetti erupted, cowboys came out to celebrate, and a big banner read “He Said Yes,” when he actually said, “I can’t.”

Adam revealed that he was declining to join the group because he had been a part of a group in the past and it didn't work out well for him. He would then take a bottle of booze to the back with him as The Dark Order appeared dejected and forlorn.

Of course, Adam was a part of The Elite with Cody Rhodes, Kenny Omega, and The Young Bucks when AEW first launched but slowly the group began to unravel and Hangman was left on his own.

This solemn situation followed a happy occasion as the birthday celebration of Brodie Lee Jr. saw Luther eat cake and both members of Chaos Project were on the receiving end of Kendo stick shots from “-1”.
