Adult Swim Writer Working On Project With AEW

A new AEW and Adult Swim project appears to be coming soon.
Nic Collins revealed that he’s working on an untitled animated project for Adult Swim in collaboration with AEW.
He wrote on his Linkedin, “Excited to share that I’m writing and producing a new animated project with Adult Swim x All Elite Wrestling.”
AEW has collaborated with Adult Swim in the past with “Rick & Morty” sponsoring an episode of Dynamite and AEW x Adult Swim matches taking place at San Diego Comic Con.
He previously worked as a writer/producer with WWE from April 2025 to September 2025. His duties included:
•Collaborate and pitch directly with Paul “Triple H” Levesque and senior leadership to align creative direction with brand and business strategy.
•Develop and deliver long-term storylines, rivalries, and character arcs for one of the most-watched primetime shows in the world, crafting weekly scripts, in-ring promos, and backstage segments that drive audience investment.
•Shape and evolve distinct character voices, motivations, and emotional throughlines to ensure narrative continuity across live television.
•Produce and direct live, pre-taped, and cinematic segments, coordinating with talent, production crews, and executives to deliver broadcast-ready television that enhances fan engagement and viewership momentum.
Fightful will provide more information on the project when it is known.
