Welcome Home, Dr. Baker
Britt Baker has not appeared on television since losing her AEW Women's World Championship to Thunder Rosa and tonight, she will compete against the former Vanessa Borne, Danielle Kamela, in a qualifying match for the Owen Hart Memorial Tournament. How will Brittsburgh react to their Hometown hero? Will there be newfound aggression within the good doctor? Only time will tell.
Jungle Boy And Kyle O'Reilly Look To Qualify For The Owen
Taking their tag team rivalry to singles competition, Kyle O'Reilly and Jungle Boy will go one-on-one in another qualifying match for the Owen Hart Memorial Tournament. Both men have been strictly focused on tag team wrestling add Kyle O'Reilly, as a former world champion, will have the edge in experience. Who will advance next and who will get the leg up in this rivalry?
CM Punk And Dustin Rhodes Go Head-To-Head
CM Punk is on a journey to reclaim a World Championship in wrestling but Dustin Rhodes is also on a journey of career preservation as he is deep in his fifth decade as a pro wrestler. Tonight, at the request of Dustin Rhodes, CM Punk and Dustin Rhodes will meet inside the squared circle for the first time on global television. Who will come out on top and what is next for these wrestling legends?
Darby Hopes To Put The Final Nail In The Coffin Of Andrade
For only the second time in AEW, Darby Allin will compete in a Coffin Match. After months of Andrade antagonizing him, Darby is going back to what he hopes will become his signature match in an effort to end this rivalry once and for all.
Wardlow Goes Up Against The Butcher
The Butcher and The Blade, much like Wardlow, made their debut as henchmen for Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Now, Wardlow is the one on the wrong end of Maxwell Jacob Friedman’s aggression and must defeat The Butcher to get one step closer to a match with his former boss.
Tony Khan Makes Another Announcement
Tony Khan will be on television once again to make another game-changing announcement. Last time, he announced he purchased Ring of Honor. What will it be this time? we will know by the end of the night, but as always, AEW is promising that it will be huge.
