AEW Dynamite On 5/3/23 Draws Lowest Viewership Since June 2022 Amid NBA And NHL Playoffs

Viewership numbers for the May 3 episode of AEW Dynamite.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, AEW Dynamite on May 3 drew 776,000 viewers. This number is down from the April 26 viewership total of 863,000 viewers. This is the lowest number Dynamite has scored since the show aired on a Tuesday back on October 18, 2022. This was the lowest Wednesday viewership since June 15, 2022.

Wednesday's show posted a rating of 0.28 in the 18 to 49 demo. The rating is level with the rating the show scored the last three weeks

Dynamite finished eighth among cable originals. The night was topped by the NBA Playoffs. The game between the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers on TNT won the night overall. The game drew 4.512 million viewers and a 1.56 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
