Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that AEW Dynamite on September 9 drew 571,000 viewers on TBS. This number is down from the 796,000 viewers on September 2.
Wednesday’s episode averaged a 0.10 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from the 0.15 rating Dynamite scored last Wednesday.
The show finished second on cable. It was up against the NFL season opener between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots, which aired on NBC and Peacock. The game averaged 25.1 million viewers across NBC, Peacock, and digital properties
