On May 11, AEW filed to trademark "Double Jeopardy" for entertainment services. "Double Jeopardy" is a match type that AEW used on the May 10 episode of AEW Dynamite.
The bout featured ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli taking on ROH Tag Team Champion Rey Fenix. The winner of the bout would earn a title shot at the other championship.
