Fightful Select reports “I’m told that the Rascalz were able to use their TNA theme in AEW because the library it belonged to was already licensed by AEW.”

The Rascalz were officially announced as joining AEW on the January 14th episode of AEW Dynamite. They made their first appearance as a group on the following episode of Collision, but Trey Miguel was notably absent. Miguel returned to TNA after being released by AEW, which was reportedly a decision made by WBD.
