Hangman Page and CM Punk are part of moving match graphics in a new promotional video put out by AEW for Double or Nothing.
WWE utilized motion graphics throughout the Attitude Era and into the 2000s. WWE has broken out the moving match graphics for special occasions, including WrestleMania.

The use of motion graphics for AEW came at the suggestion of a fan back in April, which Tony Khan believed was a good call.
