AJ Lee Wins WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title At Elimination Chamber 2026
AJ Lee defeats Becky Lynch at Elimination Chamber 2026.
On the 2/9 WWE Raw, AJ Lee returned to the company again. She had a segment with Becky Lynch, where the latter challenged her for a match at Elimination Chamber. Lee wanted the bout to be for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Lynch reluctantly agreed, and the match was made official.
At Elimination Chamber, there was a spot where Becky Lynch accidentally hit the referee, Jessika Carr, which knocked her out. AJ Lee then trapped Lynch in the Black Widow, and she tapped out. But with the referee down, the match continued.
Later, Becky Lynch brought a steel chair to the ring. A spot from the second rope saw Lee’s knee connect with it. Shortly after, the Women’s IC Champion hit Lee with a DDT while the chair was still on the floor. The referee was up by this point. Lynch tried to end the match with a Manhandle Slam, but Lee kicked out.

Earlier in the bout, Lynch exposed a turnbuckle. She ended up getting her head hit with it during the final minutes of the match. A Black Widow from Lee forced an instant tap out from Lynch, and the match ended.
AJ Lee has now become the new WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion.
