AJ Styles Names Recent Bouts He Helped Produce, Thinks He’s Producing NXT Title Bout At Heatwave

AJ Styles continues to help out as a producer.

Styles has been producing various NXT matches over the past month, and on the latest episode of the AJ Styles Show, he named the recent NXT match he was a producer for.

“I had Shiloh (Hill) and Jackson Drake. They had a really good match. I was really happy with how it came out,” he said.

Shiloh and Drake took place on the August 18 episode of NXT.

AJ’s co-host Tony mentioned that he has been a fan of It’s Gal on WWE EVOLVE, prompting AJ to say, “It’s Gal. I produced for his match on EVOLVE.”

He did not clarify which match he produced for Gal on EVOLVE.

Finally, in discussing the upcoming NXT Heatwave event, AJ revealed that he believes he’ll be producing the main event.

“I know about this four-way, and I’m thinking that I’m going to have the opportunity, I think, to help produce this. It’s kind of exciting. It’s going to be a big match,” he said.

The four-way will feature Tony D’Angelo defending the NXT Title against Zilla Fatu, Grayson Waller, and Cruz Montana.

NXT Heatwave takes place on Sunday, August 30.
