AJ Styles Says ‘Never Say Never’ To Wrestling Again

A.J. Styles has not ruled out wrestling again.

It has been six months since A.J. Styles retired from in-ring competition. His final match was against GUNTHER at the 2026 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, and Styles lost after being choked out.

There is a new interview with Styles that was conducted by Chris Van Vliet. When asked if he’d wrestle again, Styles said the following:

“That’s right (I know how wrestling retirements are), but I have said this before, and I’ll say it again, usually we’re granted one comeback for one match. I’m not saying it’s gonna happen. I’m just saying usually it’s granted. Never say never.”
