AJ Styles is an avid gamer and he wants to go one-on-one with The Game.
AJ Styles as been involved in plenty of dream matches in his four years in WWE but as of yet, he has not faced Triple H one-on-one. both men have teamed together in Japan and they were technically a part of the same Royal Rumble Match in 2016, but they have not crossed each other inside the squared circle thus far.
Speaking in a recent stream on his Twitch account, AJ Styles discussed his desire to wrestle Triple H one-on-one, even if it means going to NXT.
“I really want to get in the ring with him. There's a reason, it's not just because he's Triple H. I always love getting to learn from guys like that. Wrestling The Undertaker was awesome for me. To have that… I've tagged with Triple H in Japan, but I've never [gone] up against him."
He continued, "The challenge is out there, Triple H. If you want some of the “Phenomenal One,” let me know and we'll take care of business. If you want me to come down to NXT and do it in front of your NXT family, then that's the way it has to be. Just let me know.”
In TNA, AJ has wrestled Sting, Ric Flair, Kevin Nash, and others. Meanwhile, AJ Styles’ opponents in WWE read like a who's who of wrestling. With matches against Shane McMahon, Chris Jericho, Undertaker, John Cena, and Brock Lesnar all under his belt, Triple H is rapidly becoming one of the only names AJ Styles has never faced.
