Aleister Black On Black And Gold NXT: Between 2015 And 2020, I Think We Were The Best Wrestling In The World

Aleister Black believes that black and gold NXT was the best wrestling in the world between 2015 and 2020.

While Black is now a seasoned WWE veteran in his second run with the company, Aleister would first arrive in the company as part of their developmental brand, NXT. Black would feature during the ‘Black and Gold’ era of NXT and for him, they were the best wrestling in the world.

While speaking to Popternative in a new interview, Aleister Black spoke about Black And Gold NXT, noting that between 2015 and 2020, he believes they were the best wrestling in the world.

“I think that the good thing about Black and Gold, that era, and people can debate me on this all they want. I think at the time, I want to say that 2016 to 2020 era of professional wrestling, maybe even 2015 to 2020, because I want to be fair to all the people that made it that way and it was certainly not me. You know, I think we were the best wrestling in the world. I think we had a perfect blend of of the old school implementing into the new school.”
