Aleister Black speaks on his mentors in WWE.
Since making his return to WWE earlier this year after a stint in All Elite Wrestling, Black has featured as a staple of WWE Friday Night SmackDown and has been in the midst of a blood feud with Damian Priest on the brand.
While speaking to Robbie and Carly in a new interview, Aleister Black was asked who has served as his mentors in WWE, noting several names, including The Undertaker.
“Terry Taylor, William Regal, Robbie Brookside, Hunter himself. Undertaker is someone who obviously, you know, he graciously took, you know, time to like, sit me down and talk to me about a bunch of stuff and kind of give me his perspective on certain things. But to be honest, there are so many great minds, even like Paul Heyman. Obviously, Paul was always a big proponent of me and still is and will give me great feedback, and yeah, I’m very thankful for these gentlemen to be in my corner the way that they are and believe in me.”
Elsewhere in the same interview, Black noted that WWE takes care of talent when a long trip is planned. You can read more about that here.
