Alex Shelley Addresses Injuries And Wrestling Future

Alex Shelley suffered a significant injury at a Ring of Honor event.

During a recent Ring of Honor taping, Alex Shelley collided heads with Frankie Kazarian which resulted in a concussion and some missing teeth. Shelley confirmed the injuries in the following tweets where he said he was glad to have his mouth guard.

Shelley noted that the injury took place in the same city where he had one of his biggest injuries which required physical therapy. Shelley said there's no therapy for a concussion and missing teeth. The thirty-five year old Shelley also tweeted that maybe he should take the hint about continuing to wrestle. 

The injury occurred at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City in a six-man tag team gauntlet match. The taping will air at a later date on Ring of Honor television.
