Alexa Bliss Defends Her Raw Women's Championship At Wrestlemania 34 Against Nia Jax

Alexa Bliss will defend her championship at Wrestlemania 34

So far in 2018, Alexa Bliss has only defended her Raw Women's Championship once which was the Elimination Chamber match in February. In fact, the last time Bliss defended her championship in a singles match was against Mickie James in October on an episode of Raw.

Tonight on Raw, Bliss lost a match via count out to Asuka and was attacked by Nia Jax after the match. After she ran away from Jax, Bliss complained to Raw General Manager Kurt Angle about the confrontation but Angle decided Jax deserved an opportunity. For a long time, Bliss and Jax were often on the same side of women division storylines but recently they had grown apart and last week Jax saw Bliss and James talking about her in a very negative way which is what provoked this week's attack.

Fightful Wrestling had live coverage and a recapping podcast for Raw tonight and the same will be done for Wrestlemania 34.
