Amazing Red Wins TNA X Division Title At TNA Bound For Glory

TNA Hall of Famer Amazing Red wins the X Division Championship.

At TNA Lockdown, Leon Slater regained the X Division Championship but later invoked Option C. As a result, a seven-way scramble (Amazing Red vs. BDE vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Fabian Aichner vs. KC Navarro vs. Rich Swann vs. Ryan Nemeth) for the vacant TNA X Division Championship was booked for Bound for Glory.

Originally, the match was going to have six wrestlers, but Amazing Red inserted himself into the match during his Hall of Fame speech as well.

The finish of this match saw Red hit Navarro with Code Red to become the new X Division Champion. This was Red’s first Bound for Glory match in 2009. He’s now a 4-time X Division Champion.
