Amir Jordan was among the released talent.

Speaking to Cultaholic, Jordan expressed some frustrations with the brand, saying, "I'm the type of person that needs to 'go go go'. It got frustrating. It's hard to stay in love with something when it's not there all the time. I was getting frustrated because I wanted to wrestle more. If that's the system that they've set then you've gotta be a professional. There was so many times I considered 'I don't know if this is for me'...I knew my contract was up in May next year. A few people talked me down and told me to stick at it."

Jordan lost a Loser Leaves NXT UK match to Kenny Williams on the June 6, 2021 episode of NXT UK, but returned as Tiger Turan. He last wrestled on the July 7 episode of NXT UK.
