Angel Garza Explains Why He Re-Signed With WWE In 2024
In July 2024, Angel Garza revealed that he signed a new three-year deal with WWE.
Garza wrote, “It was an offer I straight-up could not reject, so there is that.”
Garza has largely been used on WWE Main Event and AAA since re-signing with WWE, teaming with Berto as Los Garza.
On social media, Garza asked for fans to continue to support him. A fan replied that he needs to give the crowd something to care about. He replied, “That’s either the give you a cool (the music) or have constant time on tv to be able to have that connection.”
Asked why he re-signed when he could be tearing it up in Arena Mexico, Garza replied, “But making 1/10 of the money… because life isn’t just about wrestling. I’m a man, a father, and I’ll fight for my family’s future no matter what.”

Angel & Berto competed on the March 13 episode of WWE SmackDown, losing to Damian Priest & R-Truth.
