Jay signed with AEW in April 2020. She has been aligned with The Dark Order and the Jericho Appreciation Society during her time in AEW. Most notably, she has teamed with Tay Melo as TayJay.

The two competed in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Title tournament, losing to Megan Bayne & Marina Shafir in the first round.
